What I do
Individuals and organisations aren’t held back by motivation.
They’re held back by noise, constant decisions and invisible friction.
My work helps people step back and see clearly — their direction, their strengths and how they naturally operate at their best.
In navigation, a one-degree change in course seems small. But over distance it leads somewhere completely different. My work helps people make those small adjustments that change direction.

About Stephen Mullan
Stephen Mullan is a writer, performer and communications expert whose work explores how people think, communicate and perform under pressure.
Over more than two decades he has worked professionally as a stand-up comedian, actor and voiceover artist while building a body of writing published nationally and internationally. Years spent performing and writing across television, radio and live audiences have given him a deep understanding of communication — how people express themselves and how communication changes when the stakes are high.
Today Stephen works with individuals and organisations as a coach and speaker, helping them think clearly, communicate effectively and perform when it matters most. His work focuses on designing practical systems that help people recognise their strengths and operate at their best.
Earlier in his career Stephen worked in social care with people navigating life after prison and addiction, supporting them as they moved toward stability, work and further education — an experience that gave him a lasting insight into resilience, behaviour and change.
